We know that supporting your young artist goes beyond the classroom. Our Parent Resources page is here to make your MCCA experience easier, more informed, and more connected. Whether you’re looking for important program information, schedules, policies, forms, performance details, or helpful resources, you’ll find everything you need in one convenient place. We’re here to support not only our students, but the families who help them learn, grow, and thrive both on and beyond the stage.

Parent Portal
The Parent Portal is your one-stop place to manage your student’s MCCA experience. Register for classes, make payments, update account information, and keep track of important enrollment details all in one convenient place.

BAND
BAND is our main hub for communication between MCCA, our instructors, students, and families. This is an important resource for staying up to date on class announcements, studio information, reminders, and other important communication throughout the session. BAND is available through the app or a web browser, and when joining, please use your first and last name. For security and organization, we will not approve accounts that do not have a last name listed.

At MCCA, we strive to create a positive, supportive, and respectful environment where every student can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. If we are not meeting that expectation, or if you have a concern involving a teacher, student, or other aspect of your MCCA experience, please let us know as soon as possible. Open communication and honesty are essential to our success as a community.

Please complete the Student/Parent/Teacher Concern Form below, and a member of our leadership team will follow up with you. Once the form has been received, the Managing Director will coordinate a meeting outside of class time with the appropriate parents, students, and teachers to discuss the concern and work toward a resolution.
